Our branding Process combined with our Luxury expertise delivers results. Our Team knows what it takes to get the job done.

Agency
Since 1986, weve developed thousands of creative solutions for our clients. Regardless of scope, we approach every project with tons of upfront thinking so that our work is packed with meaning and really makes a difference. After all, it's about reaching the audience, delivering the message and exceeding goals.
Our work for Luxury brands focuses on crafting well-differentiated positioning that connects them to their consumers. Successful brands come from powerful insights, great ideas and top-notch, consistent execution squarely aimed at results. Basically, we try to do something amazing for our clients on every single initiative. We usually succeed.
Process
Usually, we start at the beginning and build (or rethink) Luxury brands from the ground up. Thats our preference. Sometimes our clients arrive with some of the upfront work taken care of. That can be OK too as long as the foundational (and by that we mean strategic and conceptual) thinking is rock solid, and the timing and budget makes sense.
BRAND DIRECTION
DISCOVERY & EVALUATION / POSITIONING & LAUNCH STRATEGY
First things first: background information, clearly defined KPIs, goals and objectives. We like face-to-face (or face-to-screen) meetings to discuss a client's situation. Our first deliverable, the Project Brief, is our take on whats been done to date regarding the brand, the business, the category and the target consumer.
Then we strategize the best way to achieve our clients goals. Developing the Brand Positioning is the first step toward differentiating a Luxury brand. We set out to establish its core by identifying its target audience and figuring out what makes the brand both better (than the competition) and special (important to people).
Because we dont pitch (Free work? No thanks.), our clients get more than some creative thinking and a cookie-cutter scope of work document. They get an outside perspective on the challenges their brand faces, ways to bring their brand to life and what itll take to get there in terms of timing and budget.
BRAND CONCEPT
BRAND PLATFORMS / NAME DEVELOPMENT / PROGRAM IDEATION
Were thinkers. We turn those initial positioning thought-starters into robust Brand Platforms. These powerful ideas are carefully crafted to differentiate our clients from their competitors. Our goal is to try to make our client's brand unique in its category. We can create names that encapsulate those ideas and really stand out. We also work on extending a brand's key attributes into effective, engaging programs.
BRAND IMAGE
LOGO DESIGNS / VISUALIZATION / BRAND VOICE / STYLE GUIDES
Our logo design work is one of our most potent design offerings (and one of our favorites). They're thoughtful interpretations of a brand's concept. Next, we develop the look and feel of a brand through Visualization the creation of ownable, visual brand assets. We illustrate the touch points that are most important to drive success though moodboards, renderings and imagery.
The Brand Voice sets the tone for copywriting and verbal communications, while our Style Guides make sure the visual consistency is on-point. We explain our motivation and the rationale behind each decision, tying them back to the brand concept so that our clients get what their brand will look, feel and speak like moving forward.
BRAND COLLATERAL
BRAND CAMPAIGNS / ADVERTISING / WEBSITES / BRAND BOOKS / LOOK BOOKS / PACKAGING
This is when it all comes together. The executions. We make refinements to the look and feel developed earlier on and apply them to the projects we discussed during the launch strategy. We are comfortable taking on each project from beginning to end. And sometimes we do just that.
Were also available to ensure a seamless hand-off if a project is being handled by a partner agency or by our clients' in-house teams. Either way, the fact that our team is involved throughout the process and is available to help bring the final projects to life has proven incredibly valuable to our clients.
